Clear terms for NESkills coaching, payments, scheduling, cancellations and website use.
1. Coaching and training services
NESkills Center of Excellence provides communication coaching, private coaching, institutional training, executive communication training and related learning services. The exact structure, number of sessions, format and outcomes depend on the selected path or proposal.
2. Fees and payments
Fees or investments must be confirmed before enrolment. Payment confirms the learner’s intention to begin the selected coaching path.
3. No-refund policy
Unless required by law or explicitly approved in writing by NESkills, fees paid after enrolment are non-refundable. Learners should clarify the programme, format and expectations before making payment.
4. Scheduling
Sessions must be attended at the agreed time. Rescheduling depends on availability and must be requested in advance. Repeated missed sessions may affect continuity of training.
5. Results and learner responsibility
NESkills provides coaching, correction, structure and practice. Improvement depends on learner participation, practice, consistency and willingness to be corrected.
6. Institutional and proposal-based work
Corporate, institutional and hospitality training terms may be governed by separate written proposals, scopes or agreements.
