Arjun Lyngdoh founded NESkills in Shillong to work on the moments when communication gets difficult: an unexpected question, a challenging room, or an answer that disappears under pressure. His work combines direct teaching, coaching and realistic rehearsal. He coaches from Shillong, live online across India and with suitable international learners.

More than 20 years working with communication in practice.
Arjun's experience spans communication training, coaching and leadership. He worked as a Communication Excellence Trainer at American Express and a Team Leader and Academy Coach at Barclays. He later trained and coached independently before founding NESkills in Shillong.
His focus now is the moment a capable person loses clarity in a real conversation. He observes what happens, identifies the specific gap and works on a response the learner can use under pressure.

HOW HE COACHES
The conversation itself becomes the practice.
Arjun observes a response to a real situation and pinpoints where retrieval, structure or delivery breaks down. He teaches a usable technique, demonstrates it when useful and rehearses the situation with the learner.
During practice, he corrects the response directly, then changes the question or raises the pressure. The learner practices carrying the skill into a meeting, interview or presentation beyond the session.
