FOUNDER & LEAD COMMUNICATION COACH
A communication coach shaped by frontline training, team leadership, institutional learning and the experience of rebuilding his own communication under pressure.

THE FOUNDER STORY
After moving to Delhi in 2006, Arjun faced repeated interview rejection and had to rebuild how he thought, structured answers and handled pressure. That experience later shaped a coaching perspective grounded in practice rather than performance.
His work moved through communication training, team leadership, academy coaching and institutional learning before NESkills became the place where those experiences connected.
The result is a direct coaching style: understand the person, find the active break point and practice until the stronger response becomes available in real situations.

Coaching perspective
Arjun’s work focuses on what happens when capable people know the subject but lose access to it under pressure.
A useful message needs a clear point, relevant support and a controlled ending.
Questions, interruptions and attention are introduced before the learner faces them outside.
Coaching strengthens clarity and presence without manufacturing a different personality.
