Hi everyone, my name is Arjun Lyngdoh and I'm from Shillong, Meghalaya. I've been working for the past, well I could say 18, 18 and a half years now, quite a long journey I must say. And you know, I've trained in terms of training experience, I've trained pretty much all over India and India and I've also trained across five different countries.

I have definitely trained more than 10,000 students already, probably even more, not taking account to be honest, that's not the ideology there. But yeah, in terms of the kind of feedback that I've been receiving for the past 15, 16 years, it's always been good because the kind of methodology that I use when I train is all based on life experience, it's not from a book or it's not from, well AI, right? So it's all about real life experience because I started from an entry level as well and I kind of worked hard and I kind of grew to where I am right now. And in terms of communication or spoken English, I had the same issues like everyone, right? So getting stuck, yep, sometimes when you're speaking publicly or a pre-presentation or even, you know, as small as let's say a team meeting, right? You're talking, talking and then you can kind of, you know, get stuck but we don't realize why, okay? So these are the things that I like to, you know, investigate and I like to figure out.

I love to actually involve, I like to in terms of my training style, I love to involve a lot of concepts mixed with a little bit of science and a lot of psychology because I'm a neurolinguistic certified accredited practitioner as well. As well as in terms of my certification since we're talking about it, I have a diploma in soft skills, I am a certified master trainer, I am a certified Indian corporate trainer as well as a certified international trainer. And yeah, I do know more and that those are just, you know, credentials not really matter that much.

But what is what matters most is that I know the market right now, I know what people or what organizations are looking for and it doesn't really matter whether you're a fresher, you know, just fresh out of college or still in college or whether you are already a working professional and looking towards, you know, the next step, right? So these are the things that you're looking for, you know, then hit me up, you know, you know where to find me. But one last thing I would like to say is that I don't literally believe in a lot of theoretical knowledge because if that's the case, then we would have, you know, learned pretty much everything from school. I believe in concepts, right? So logic, practicality, so whatever we understand, we have to understand it logically, how to apply that and, you know, what kind of, you know, how is it going to benefit me at the end of the day? What does it mean for me, right? If it's not going to benefit me, why am I going to do that? So these are kind of things.

So with me, I will challenge you a lot. I will challenge you mentally. So I'll make you think a lot, not only about your career or, you know, improving just your language.

But when you're with me, I will ensure that, you know, I have this nag that when I'm training someone, I just don't focus on one particular aspect of growth. For me, growth has to be, you know, simultaneously. You can't just work on language which is English and leave communication behind and leave personality behind because you might be good in English, but if your personality is not matching and it does not make sense, right? So if you're learning a language, make sure you're backing that up with really, really good advanced communication and obviously personality to back everything up.

So with me, I'm not really focused more on just English or just communication or just personality development. With me, it's pretty much more of a comprehensive package. I would train anyone who would like to be trained by me.

I would train them on pretty much everything that I know. So like I said, I know pretty much about graphic designing. You know, I know about chat GPT, AI, you know, how to actually use chat GPT appropriately, not just, you know, like how everyone else does.

So, yeah, these are the small, small things, but that's pretty much about me.
